What this app is
A personal portfolio for Gerardo Cordero, Sr. Mobile Engineer. The app contains career history, skills, education, and contact information. It does not provide a service to manage on your behalf, store your data, or give you anything beyond viewing my work.
Your license to use the app
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes — namely, to view this portfolio. You may not:

Reproduce, copy, or republish the app's content (text, design, images, code) without written permission.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the compiled app.

Use the content to train machine learning models or build derivative datasets without written permission.

Use the app or its content in a way that misrepresents your relationship to it, or that suggests endorsement that does not exist.
Intellectual property
All content (text, design, source code, illustrations, photographs) belongs to Gerardo Cordero unless attributed otherwise. Trademarks, logos, and product names of third parties referenced inside the app (Expo, React Native, Twilio, Salesforce, and so on) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those products.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. I make no guarantees that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. Information shown inside the app reflects my career as of the "Effective" date and may not be current at the time you read it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your access to or use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the app or these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the state of Lara, Venezuela.
Updates to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes to the app or to applicable law. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.
